GGVIP Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GGVIP platform – whether through a web browser or the mobile app – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use GGVIP. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use GGVIP, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active GGVIP account.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or court order.

During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information. GGVIP may carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures to confirm your eligibility. You agree to provide any documents requested during the verification process. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

3 Account Management

Each player may hold only one account with GGVIP. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must inform us immediately. Operating multiple accounts – whether intentionally or otherwise – is a breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account. This includes bets placed, transactions made, and any communications sent through the platform. GGVIP cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

GGVIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, that shows signs of fraudulent activity, or that poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on GGVIP are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online and mobile banking transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with platform procedures, which may include identity verification before a first withdrawal is released.

• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes cannot be transferred to other users or external accounts other than through an approved withdrawal.
• GGVIP reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact GGVIP support as soon as possible. Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first raising the issue with GGVIP may be treated as a breach of these terms.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

GGVIP offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, fish games, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or starting a game, you agree to the rules applicable to that game or market.

All bets are final once confirmed. GGVIP does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where the platform determines that a technical error affected the transaction. In those cases, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.

• GGVIP reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using erroneous odds caused by a system error.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement are void.
• In-play betting markets close automatically at specific points during a live event. Bets are only accepted when the market is open.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed before confirmation.

Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically after a result is confirmed. For live casino and slots, this happens immediately after each round. For sports markets, settlement occurs after the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

GGVIP may offer promotions, bonuses, and special offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, qualifying games or markets, and any applicable wagering conditions. General principles that apply to all GGVIP promotions:

• Attempting to abuse a promotion – including by creating multiple accounts or using automated methods – will result in the bonus being forfeited and may lead to account closure.

7 Player Conduct

GGVIP expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that is fair to other users and to the platform. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud in connection with sports events or casino games.
• Attempting to launder money or use GGVIP for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to manage your account.
• Using offensive, harassing, or abusive language in any platform communication.

GGVIP monitors platform activity for patterns that suggest prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, GGVIP reserves the right to void related bets, forfeit balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Responsible Gaming

GGVIP takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed income source. No outcome in sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games, or eBingo is predictable or assured, and all forms of wagering carry financial risk.

GGVIP encourages all players to:
